A title with an ode to the Mama horse Pearl, and her baby Twinkles.
While painting this, I thought of how our maternal figures will raise us, care for us, teach us, and take the time to show us all the beautiful things this world has to offer... However, eventually we decide we want to go and discover this world on own, but we always know you will love us endlessly. I recently discovered that Pearl's baby Twinkles, is now 2 years old and has been moved away from her. She now resides at the Painted Pony Trails & Lessons in Denton, TX.
